The Committee of Management
The Committee of Management consists of nine elected members together with the Treasurer and Secretary. Annually, the shareholders elect Soroptimists, who must be shareholders, to serve on the Committee of Management. Committee members are elected initially for a period of 3 years and may be re-elected to serve a further 3 years. The offices of Treasurer and Secretary are appointed by the Committee of Management. The Management Committee, which meets 5 times a year, is divided into 5 sub-committees in respect of the following areas: - Buildings Finance House Management Marketing & Development Personnel Committee members spend additional time at 63 between the Management meetings ensuring that they are fulfilling their responsibilities.
